Firefighters are scrambling to extinguish yet another blaze, this time it’s threatening properties near Marbella.
Firefighters are responding to a forest fire that has broken out near Marbella.
About 31 forest firefighters are scrambling to extinguish the blaze outside Istan, about 20km from Marbella, which started about 6.18pm.
Pantano de La Concepcion is currently the worst affected area.
Residents and tourists are advised to avoid the area.
