PHOTOS show the stunning new Sublim Beach club four years after a catastrophic inferno at Laguna Village, Estepona.
A post uploaded to Facebook group Estepona Info & Chat called the new venue ‘lovely’, ‘comfortable’ and ‘high quality’.
It has reopened following a two year, €25 million redevelopment after the complex burnt down in 2020.
Laguna Village was purchased in 2022 by Sevilla-based entrepreneur Rosauro Varo as part of his entertainment enterprise Grupo Pacha.

Credited as the pioneers behind Ibiza’s clubbing scene, the group own many clubs, restaurants and hotels across Europe.
The first part of Laguna Village’s redevelopment, Sublim beach club, opened yesterday April 30.
Although the complex is not yet finished, it includes a restaurant, beach club, pool area and shop selling clothing from sustainable brand, EcoAlf.

A Japanese/Mediterranean restaurant called Kai is due to open in two weeks on the seafront.
Open 11am-8:00pm, sunbed prices range from €80-1000 including food and drinks.
In some of the higher range options, the tariff also includes private tables, ensuites and bottles of Dom Perignon champagne.

According to the Facebook post: “The comfort and quality of the poolside furniture is exquisite and seemed to cope very well in the rain.”
On the other side of the pool is a restaurant selling ‘authentic Mediterranean dishes’.
This includes grilled prawns, croquettes, salads, octopus and surprisingly- fish and chips.

They also offer a variety of drinks, with extensive cocktails, wines and beers.
For pudding, enjoy cheesecake or fresh strawberries with Jerez vinegar.
